Apple Crisp

Prince Edward is fortunate to have a wonderful breakfast and snack program.  However, if you want your child enjoy the breakfast program they need to be accompanied by an older sibling.  We wanted to show the children where the kitchen was so we decided to make Apple Crisp for our first baking experience.

After washing our hands, each child helped cutting the apples into bite size pieces.

Then they helped to measure and stir the rest of the ingredients. Most of the children enjoyed eating our sweet treat.
