100th Day of School

The children were excited to put the last sticker on our "100 Day Chart."

Mrs. Olafson brought in her favourite Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe and made a HUGE Cookie with the children. We used 100 chocolate chips to start but of course you can NEVER have too many chocolate chips so we had to add another 100.

The students enjoyed the GIANT cookie.  Delicious!!

The children were asked to bring in a collection of 100 items. We had different size 100 charts throughout the class for them to display their collections.

100 Pasta Noodles.

100 Googly Eyes.

100 Fruit Loops.

100 Marshmallows.

100 Cheerios.

This girl made a 100th Day Garden using 100 flowers.

100 Noodles.

100 Fruit Loops.

100 Clothes Pins sorted in rows of 10.

Lots of marshmallows on 100th Day!

Mrs. Olafson invited the children to guess which container has 100 items?
The next day, a group of students counted all the items in the jars by using the 100 charts in our classroom.

100 Lego!

100 Pattern Blocks.

100 Stones.

100 Letters.

100 Links.

Finally, 100 Smarties!
